Tarrah Lowry is the Chief Operating Officer at Empath Health, spearheading operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the organization. With a strong background in healthcare leadership, Tarrah assumed the role of Interim President of Trustbridge following its affiliation with Empath in April 2024. Tarrah’s journey at Trustbridge began in August 2021 when she joined as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over a decade of progressive leadership experience in healthcare. Prior to her tenure at Trustbridge, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Sangre de Cristo Hospice & Palliative Care in Colorado, showcasing her expertise in hospice, home health and palliative care.
Throughout her career, Tarrah has actively contributed to the healthcare community on local, state, and national levels. She currently serves as a founding board member of The National Alliance for Care at Home which brings together two organizations with nearly 90 years of combined experience: NAHC and NHPCO, further enhancing her impact and influence in the field. Tarrah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Health Care Management, complementing her extensive practical experience with a strong academic foundation. Her dedication to advancing healthcare, particularly in the hospice and palliative care sectors, is evident in her strategic leadership and commitment to operational excellence.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Tarrah enjoys spending time with her family and
engaging in outdoor activities. Her passion for healthcare and unwavering commitment to improving patient outcomes make her an invaluable asset to Empath Health.
