Throughout my 30-year nursing career, I have focused on ensuring high-quality, compassionate care while navigating the challenges of nursing shortages. At Team Select, we are actively advocating for the Family CNA program across multiple states, which aims to provide deserving clients with critical access to care during times of workforce shortages. This initiative is designed to enhance patient care, reduce hospitalizations, and maintain continuity of care.
