Rexanne Domico became President and CEO of Interim HealthCare’s US operations in January 2025, after briefly serving as President and COO. She brings extensive healthcare operations experience that equips her to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence in her leadership role.

At Interim, Rexanne works closely with regional field support teams and the divisions of Clinical Quality, Operations Excellence, and Growth & Development. Throughout her career, her strategic vision and active leadership have consistently delivered meaningful results, establishing her reputation as a respected leader and catalyst for positive change.
Prior to joining Interim, Rexanne served as CEO of private equity-sponsored HomeFree Pharmacy, where she developed post-acute pharmacy solutions to help complex patients manage medications and reduce hospital readmissions. HomeFree was acquired by Anew Health in July 2024. Previously, as President of Home Health Care and Neuro Rehabilitation at BrightSpring HealthCare Services, she completed 18 transactions and built one of the nation’s largest companies serving Personal Care, Home Health, Hospice, and Rehab patients. Her industry experience also includes senior leadership positions at LHC Group and Gentiva.

Rexanne currently serves on the board of Directors for Beacon Specialized Living, a Vistria Group Portfolio company dedicated to serving clients with behavioral health needs. She also contributes to the Carolinas Foundation for Hospice and Home Care, and was a founding member of The Hospice Promise Foundation, serving as its President from 2014 to 2017.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Elon University, where she remains an active alumna.
