Matt Kroll is the Practice President for Assistive Care and Assistive Care State Programs at BAYADA Home Health Care, a $2 billion global leader in home health care. He oversees personal care operations across 105 locations in 16 states, specializing in strategy, operations, market expansion, and sales leadership.

Since joining BAYADA in 2011, Matt has doubled revenue in private pay services while maintaining quality standards, and achieved nearly 40% revenue growth in Medicaid personal care through comprehensive operating model redesign. Prior to BAYADA, he spent 11+ years at Maxim Healthcare Services in progressively senior roles.

Matt serves on the board of the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He holds a BS in Marketing from The College of New Jersey. Matt lives in Monmouth County, NJ with his wife Stephanie, their three children, and two dogs, enjoying coaching soccer and outdoor activities in his spare time.
