Margaret Haynes is CEO and President of RiseMark and Right at Home. As CEO, she is focused on growing the company through unleashing the power of the organization and franchise network in order to bring the company’s mission of “Improving the quality of life for those we serve” to local communities across the globe.

Since joining the organization, Margaret has been helping local Right at Home offices build sustainable, profitable businesses through effective coaching, process improvement, and execution. Prior to becoming CEO, Margaret served as COO of the company for eight years and was responsible for driving growth, overseeing day-to-day company operations, and enhancing the internal infrastructure in support of RiseMark and Right at Home’s strategic vision and mission.

Through her own experiences as a Right at Home consumer and a family caregiver, Margaret has a passion for sharing the profound impact of home care on clients and their families, applying business fundamentals to grow and scale a profitable franchise system, evolving business models to adapt to changing industry dynamics, and building a tangible, action-based company culture.

In her free time, Margaret enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, being outdoors, and volunteering for the local Meals on Wheels program.
