Kristen Duell is Executive Vice President of Experience and Innovation for FirstLight Home Care. She oversees everything that impacts people’s experience with the brand and is responsible for bringing new innovations to the business. Kristen is a dynamic leader who is passionate about driving transformative initiatives and promoting a culture of change. She has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, previously acting as Chief Marketing Officer for Home Care Pulse. She also is co-founder of I.D.E.A.L. – Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Alliance for Leadership in Healthcare, an organization dedicated to cultivating women in healthcare, promoting upward mobility and visibility. In 2023, Kristen was selected as one of Aging Media’s Future Leaders, under 40, in Home Health and Home Care. She also enjoys serving individuals in her community as a volunteer for the American Red Cross, Meals on Wheels, Ronald McDonald House and other local organizations.
