Emma Dickison is CEO and President of Home HelpersĀ® Home Care, leading the organization to 26 years of record-breaking growth. Under her guidance, Home Helpers has expanded to more than 350 franchises serving over 1,500 communities across 39 states and Canada, becoming one of home care’s most trusted brands.

A distinguished industry leader, Emma has garnered numerous accolades, including recognition among the Inaugural Legendary Women of Wonder (2024), multiple appearances in the Top 50 Women of Wonder (2019-2024), and the prestigious Crystal Compass Leadership Award for her contributions to franchising. Her leadership excellence was recently acknowledged with a 2024 C-Suite Award Finalist recognition from the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Emma’s industry influence extends beyond Home Helpers. As HCAOA Board President (2020-2022), she successfully guided the home care industry through the challenges of COVID-19. She’ll begin serving on the International Franchise Association’s Board of Directors in 2025, while maintaining active roles in various industry organizations including the Women’s Franchise Committee and Women’s President’s Organization.

A passionate advocate for home care and franchising, Emma works with state and national government through multiple trade associations. She holds credentials as both a Certified Franchise Executive and Certified Senior Advisor, complementing her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
