Home Matters Caregiving

Clayton Foutch is the Founder of Home Matters Caregiving, a nationally recognized home care organization he and his wife Christina launched in 2007 with a mission to elevate aging in place through purpose-driven, nurse-guided care, that leveraged technology to improve care outcomes for the aging adult population. Since 2021, Home Matters has grown from a single office in Beaverton Oregon into a thriving franchise system with more than forty locations across the country, each committed to delivering proactive, relationship-centered support for older adults, their families and the caregivers who serve them. This expansion and dedication to innovation earned Home Matters a place on the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
Clayton is widely regarded for his ability to blend compassionate caregiving with scalable business systems, empowering franchise owners to build high-performing teams and exceptional client experiences. As a speaker, he brings humor to nearly two decades of leadership in home care, franchising, and operational excellence with a continued passion for transforming how we care for our aging population.
