Carla Davis

End-of-Life Care Executive and Hospice Advocate 

Carla Davis is an experienced and innovative industry advocate and executive leader. Carla leverages her passion for increasing access to care and her extensive operational and growth experience to transform end-of-life care across America, having served as an executive leader across numerous multi-service line care providers with a national footprint.

She recently served as SVP of Hospice and Palliative Care Operations and Business Development for LHC Group, owned by UnitedHealth Group. Her diverse operational and sales experience also includes roles as Chief Executive Officer for Heart of Hospice, Chief Operating Officer for VistaCare, and Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Market Development at Heartland Home Health Care and Hospice, a division of HCR ManorCare. She has a strong background in compliance, including experience with one of the country’s largest Medicare Administrative Contractors, Palmetto GBA.

Carla has proudly served as a board member for the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, Hospice Action Network, Home Care 100 and as the President of the Louisiana and Mississippi Alliance for the Advancement of End-of-Life Care.
