Summer Napier MLS, BSN, RN, HCS-C, HCS-O is the President & CEO of Healing Hands Healthcare, LLC and Little Black Bag House Calls, LLC, two innovative homebased care organizations serving North Texas. She has 14+ years of experience in homebased care, with the past 10 years in executive-level management. Summer oversees the daily operations, growth, profitability, and execution of the company’s vision. Summer is an active member in both the Texas Association of Home Care & Hospice, serving as the Chair on the Medicare/Hospice Committee, as well as serves on the Government Affairs committees. Summer is also active in the National Association of Home Care & Hospice, where she participates in multiple committees and councils. She serves on the Private Duty Advisory Board, Advocacy Council, and Home Care & Hospice Financial Managers Association Workgroup where she serves on the Advisory Board. She holds certifications as a Home Care Specialist in Compliance and a Home Care Clinical Specialist in Oasis. Summer received her Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Master’s in Legal Studies in Healthcare Law from The University of Oklahoma.
