What is your cancellation policy?
- Less than 4 weeks prior to the event (April 20, 2025) – cancellations received after this date are subject to a $499 cancellation fee. Fees will be waived if a suitable replacement from your organization is sent.
- Less than 1 week prior to the event (May 11, 2025) – cancellations received after this date are subject to a $999 cancellation fee. Fees will be waived if a suitable replacement from your organization is sent.
Do you include spouses in the event?
Yes! Spouses are welcome to come along with you and enjoy the resort and to participate in our Spouses program*. Details about our Spouse program will be made available soon. *Additional fees apply
